Terms of Sale

Scope

These terms govern all wholesale purchases from YK May Corporation Trading ("MayCo Trading") through the b2b.mayco.jp platform. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Account Approval

MayCo Trading reserves the right to approve or decline any account application. Approved accounts may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms.

Initial Order Requirement

The first order requires a minimum of ¥50,000 JPY, or an equivalent deposit toward the first order. Subsequent orders have no total minimum but are subject to carton quantity requirements per SKU as packed by the manufacturer.

Pricing

All prices are listed in JPY (Japanese Yen). Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Volume tier pricing is displayed on product pages where applicable.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. No credit terms are offered. Accepted payment methods:

• Bank wire transfer (international) — no processing fee
• Domestic Japanese bank transfer — no processing fee
• Wise / Airwallex — no processing fee
• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) — 3% processing surcharge

Bank transfer orders must be completed within 7 calendar days of order placement. Orders not paid within this window will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated after order confirmation and invoiced separately. All items are quoted EXW (Ex Works) Tokyo, Japan.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the first carrier. MayCo Trading is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of order. Cutoff dates are displayed on product pages. Orders placed after the cutoff date cannot be guaranteed.

Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change. MayCo Trading will notify buyers of significant delays when information is available from the manufacturer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting office@mayco.jp.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the cutoff date. After the cutoff date, pre-orders are non-cancellable as manufacturer commitments have been made.

Damages & Claims

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to office@mayco.jp.

MayCo Trading will issue account credit, replacement, or refund for items damaged in transit. Claims for items damaged by the carrier should also be filed directly with the carrier.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for incorrect items shipped by MayCo Trading. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted. Contact office@mayco.jp within 7 days of delivery for return authorization.

Product Authenticity

All products sold through MayCo Trading are 100% authentic, sourced directly from Japanese manufacturers, amusement facilities, and authorized channels under our Secondhand Dealer License.

Intellectual Property

Product images and descriptions provided by MayCo Trading may be used by approved dealers for the purpose of reselling MayCo products. Images may not be used to sell counterfeit or competing products. MayCo product images may not be altered to remove watermarks or branding.

Platform Restrictions

MayCo Trading does not currently restrict which platforms approved dealers may sell on. However, MayCo Trading reserves the right to implement platform restrictions in the future with advance notice to active accounts.

Limitation of Liability

MayCo Trading's liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the products giving rise to such claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
