All orders ship from our warehouse in Tokyo, Japan. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We provide a shipping quote with every order confirmation before payment.

EMS (Express Mail Service)
Japan Post express international. Tracking, insurance included. Delivery 3-7 business days to most countries.
Default for orders under 30kg
DHL Express
Door-to-door express delivery with full tracking. Delivery 2-5 business days.

FedEx International
Express international shipping with tracking. Delivery 3-7 business days.

Sea Freight (LCL/FCL)
Cost-effective for large or heavy shipments. Transit 4-8 weeks depending on destination.
Available for orders above 100kg or by arrangement
Japan Domestic (Yamato / Sagawa)
For domestic Japanese customers. Next-day delivery within Japan.

Important Notes
Customs & Duties
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Shipments are marked with actual commercial value. We can provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin).
Insurance
EMS includes basic insurance. Additional insurance is available on request for high-value shipments. DHL and FedEx include standard coverage.
Packaging
All items are professionally packed in export-grade cartons with protective materials. Figures are shipped in original manufacturer packaging. We do not mix items loosely.
Consolidation
Multiple pre-orders with overlapping release dates can be consolidated into a single shipment to reduce shipping costs. Contact us to arrange consolidation.
